Museveni visits Kadaga in Nairobi hospital
At the conclusion of his three-day state visit to the neighbouring Kenya, President Yoweri Museveni visited Rebacca Kadaga, the Speaker of the Ugandan Parliament who was last weekend flown to Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi.
Other than a photo of Museveni signing a visitor’s book at the hospital in Nairobi, no details have been given in regard to the Speaker’s condition who spent three days at Nakasero Hospital in Kampala over what her office says is fatigue and jetlag.
On his twitter, Museveni also announced that he had visited former Kenyan President Daniel arap Moi whom he found at his Kabarnet Gardens home in Nairobi.
This morning, as I end my three-day state visit to Kenya, I visited the mausoleum where founding president Jomo Kenyatta rests and paid my respects. I also visited Mzee Daniel Toroitich arap Moi and our Speaker, Rebecca Kadaga, who are in hospital. I wish them a speedy recovery. pic.twitter.com/RExCfRFpvk

Museveni was accompanied by Moi’s son, Gideon Moi who is Baringo County senator Gideon Moi.
“Today, Ugandan President, H.E Yoweri Museveni paid a courtesy call on Retired President, Mzee at his Kabarnet Gardens home. The visit is a sign of the deep relationship that they have built over the years and I am glad that it is still flourishing up to date,” Gideon posted on his facebook.
After the hospital visit, Museveni went to the Kenyatta Mausoleum where he paid homage to the first Kenyan president Mzee Jomo Kenyatta.
