Boat accident: Police names missing persons

Efforts to retrieve the wreckage of the boat that capsized in Lake Victoria killing at least 33 people been called off for the fifth time after all attempts on the fifth day failed, with wire cables snapping.

Security personnel camped at Mutima Beach, the coordination centre for efforts to get the boat out of the lake, and Ministry of Works and Transport officials looked a little disturbed by the failure of all options before they finally agreed to suspend their activities till tomorrow.
