Uganda Cranes falls in Niger

The Uganda cranes have lost their building up game 1-0 to Central African Republic.

The games which are vital in the classification game were played Wednesday night in the Stade General Seyni Kountché, Niamey.

Though Uganda cranes did not have their first choice goalkeeper and captain Denis Onyango on pitch, head coach Sebastian Desabre is happy with Salim Jamal display who was the goalkeeper on the day.

Uganda is ranked 74th by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA). Whole Central African Republic is ranked 115.

Uganda cranes will be back in action this Saturday against host side Niger.

According to Cranes Coach Sebestien Desabre some mistakes were made as players were being partnered. He said after the match that although they lost, the Cranes has a bright future.
