Ochola drops Frank Mwesigwa as KMP commander

In his continuing sweeping changes in the police force, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Okoth Ochola has dropped Commissioner of Police (CP) Frank Mwesigwa as commander for Kampala Metropolitan police (KMP).
